Midmark® Smart Air Compressor Check Valve Access Procedures
On P21-050 and P22-050 models, the Desiccant tank may need to be removed.
Removal
1.Disconnect power.
2.Drain air pressure from system.
3.Remove manifold cap. Use ratchet with extension and 3/4" socket to loosen valve.
4.Remove check valve. Use needle nose pliers to lift check valve out of block.
Installation
1.Install check valve into block. Replace manifold cap. Use ratchet with extension and 3/4" socket to tighten valve.
