To Clean Anesthesia Machines

1.Remove breathing bag and breathing circuit.

2.Wash with warm water and mild soap, rinse well and hang to dry.

3.Remove white disks from inhalation and exhalation valves.

4.Wipe disks with soft cloth, wipe out valves and reassemble.

5.Remove absorber canister and wipe off gaskets, canister and absorber housings.

Anesthesia machines should be cleaned daily.
