626 Chair Recalling Error Codes
1.Power up chair.
2.Locate the Diagnostic PC Board.
3.Press and release the Up or Down button to scroll to the menu you want to view.
4.Press the Enter button to access the information screens within that menu.
5.To exit, remove power.
Active Error Diagnostic Test
1.Press and release the Up or Down button until Active Errors menu displays.
If no active errors are present, the display will show No Errors.
2.Press Enter button once. The display shows the active error and the time it occurred. If more than one error is present, the display toggles to show all the active errors.
Error History Diagnostic Test
1.Press and release the Up or Down button until Utility Menu is displayed.
2.Press Enter button once and Error History is displayed.
3.Press Enter button again and the latest error in the Error History is displayed.
4.Press the DOWN button to toggle through all previous errors. Up to fifty errors can be stored in the memory.
