Primary Fuses Location / Voltage Setting

Equipment Alert

When replacing fuses, rotate fuse holder so that the correct voltage setting appears in window. Voltage setting must match facility supply voltage. Incorrect setting will result in damage to the table.

If Power Indicator Light is off there is no power to table, check the fuses. If light is on, the table has power and fuses are ok.
