641 Chair Upholstery Removal / Installation Test and Repair
Upholstery is fastened with hook and loop fastener. To remove, simply pull desired section away from mounting surface.
To install seat / back section upholstery
1.Raise back section of table to approximately 30°.
2.Position front of seat upholstery against mounting board.
3.Press seat section down firmly, then lay back section into position and press down firmly.
To install headrest assembly
1.Loosen headrest adjustment knob.
2.Insert mounting stud into headrest fixture.
3.Position headrest as desired.
4.Tighten headrest adjustment knob.
To install foot rest / extension upholstery
1.Position upholstery section with mounting board.
2.Lay upholstery flat, then press down firmly.
