646 Chair QuickChair Function Troubleshooting
The Tilt Sensor PC Board and Back Down Limit Switch do not affect this function. Only the wires that affect this function are shown.
The illustrations show only the components that affect the QuickChair function.
This function simultaneously activates the Back Up and Tilt Down functions to move the components into a "chair position".
What is “Chair Position”?
Tilt: All the way down
Back: All the way up
How The QuickChair Function Works
When the QuickChair button is pressed and held, the PC board activates the following functions:

|---|---|
| Tilt Down | Tilt Down limit switch is tripped |
| Back Up | Back Up limit switch is tripped |
To activate the QuickChair function
Press and Hold the QuickChair button.
In the event of a malfunction, press the Stop button.
