1.Run base function all the way up.

2.Remove ball clips from top and bottom of gas spring.

3.Pull gas spring off of mounting balls. If necessary, use a screwdriver to pry.

1.Install gas spring (cylinder up). If gas spring will not align with mounting balls, refer to Installation Tip below.

2.Secure spring with ball clips. Be sure clip passes thru both holes in spring.

Installation Tip

1.Disconnect and remove Base Up Limit Switch.

2.Reconnect wires to limit switch.

3.Raise base to align gas spring.

4.Lower base, install / reconnect limit switch.
