This transformer affects chair receptacles only.

1.Set meter to 200 VAC .

2.Place meter probes on receptacle screws on top and bottom. Check meter reading.

Meter Reading	Status	Required Action
120 (+12) VAC		Transformer OK. Replace receptacle(s).
Less than 108 VAC		If chair power light is On, replace transformer. If not, check supply voltage.
