Midmark® 1000 Check Valve and Solenoid

The check valve and solenoid are located in the power compartment.

Compressed air travels from the compressor head though the check valve, which prevents air from flowing back into the head. Then air flows through the solenoid. The solenoid allows air to escape for approximately two seconds to relieve pressure from the head, then closes sending pressurized air to the storage tank.
