253 Light Troubleshooting Chart

Light will not turn On

Symptom	Probable Cause	Check	Correction
Power indicator light: OFF	Facility supply voltage.	Power cord connections and facility circuit breaker.	Secure power cord connections. Reset circuit breaker if necessary.
Power indicator light: OFF	Primary fuse(s) blown.	Inspect fuses.	Replace faulty fuse(s).
Power indicator light: ON	Loose / damaged wire connection(s).	Check harness connections at PC board / lighthead.	Secure loose connections. Replace harness if damage is apparent.
Power indicator light: ON	Faulty LED	-	Replace lighthead assembly.

Light pattern will not adjust

Symptom	Probable Cause	Check	Correction
Size of the light pattern does not change when lighthead is rotated.	Faulty lighthead.	-	Replace lighthead assembly.

Light turns Off by itself

Symptom	Probable Cause	Check	Correction
Light turns Off without pressing power button.	Automatic Shutoff Feature.	-	Disable the Automatic Shutoff Feature.
