255 Light Driver Board Removal / Installation Test and Repair
Equipment Alert
Do not damage harnesses when removing cover.
1.Turn light off and disconnect power.
2.Remove cover and components from back of lighthead assembly shown.
3.Disconnect wire harnesses from driver board.
4.Remove screws from cover shown.
5.Carefully remove driver board off cover using a flat head screwdriver.
6.Peel off film from new driver board back and align driver board before placing.
7.Complete Steps 1 thru 5 in reverse order.
8.Connect power and verify operation.
