255 Light Lighthead Pivot Stop Replacement Test and Repair
Equipment Alert
Note the order of all the washers and reassemble in their original positions.

Correctly position pivot stops as shown into matching groove in yoke.
Removal
1.Remove screws from cover set.
2.Remove cover set.
3.Remove pivot stop and washers from shoulder screw.
4.Remove shoulder screw from yoke.
Installation
WARNING
Mounting hardware must be installed properly. Failure to do so may allow lighthead to fall, resulting in injury.
1.Install previously removed washers and shoulder screw to yoke.
2.Install pivot stop to shoulder screw. Torque shoulder screw to 75 in-lb.
3.Install covers.
4.Install screws to cover set.
