354 Light Ball Pivot Stop Replacement

1.Disassemble the ball pivot. Refer to: Ball Pivot Repair

2.Remove two flange bearings.

3.Disassemble shaft / housing components.

4.Inspect stop pin. Replace if necessary.

5.Install pivot stop with raised portion facing UP, housing, and brake onto shaft.

6.Install two flange bearings into shaft.

Groove pin has serrations on one end. Do not drive serrations thru ball pivot shaft.

7.Assemble the ball pivot. Refer to: Ball Pivot Repair
