M9/M11 Sterilizer Heating Element Replacement Test and Repair
To prevent risk of shock always disconnect power before removing covers or performing any service procedure.

1.Drain water from reservoir.
2.Remove bottom cover.
3.Disconnect wires from heating element terminals.
4.Remove nuts, lockwashers, and brass washers.
5.Remove heating element and gaskets.

Do not overtighten nuts! Torque must not exceed 25 ft/lbs (34 N•m)
1.Install four grip rings onto heating element.
2.Install gaskets onto heating element.
3.Install heating element.
4.Install brass washers, lockwashers, and nuts.
5.Connect wires to heating element terminals
