M9/M11 Sterilizer Door Motor System Replacement Test and Repair
To prevent risk of shock always disconnect power before removing covers or performing any service procedure.

1.Disconnect wire harness from J15 on PC board.
2.Remove two nuts, connector rod, and motor bracket.
3.Disconnect motor switch wire harness.
4.Remove motor switch.

Connector rod must be installed in proper hole in cam. See illustration.
1.Install motor switch.
2.Connect motor switch wire harness.
3.Insert connector rod into proper hole in cam.
4.Insert other end of rod into latch lever hole.
5.Position motor bracket, secure with two nuts.
6.Rotate cam down until it clears the motor switch.
7.Loosen motor switch screws.
8.Push right side of motor switch down.
9.Tighten motor switch screws.

5.Position motor bracket, secure with two nuts.
6.Rotate cam down until it clears the motor switch.
7.Loosen motor switch screws.
8.Push right side of motor switch down.
9.Tighten motor switch screws.
