M9/M11 Sterilizer Air Valve Replacement / Cleaning Test and Repair
To prevent risk of shock always disconnect power before removing covers or performing any service procedure.

1.Loosen two compression fittings, then remove air valve.
2.Remove two elbow fittings from air valve.
3.Apply hi-temp sealant (Loctite 565) to threads of elbow fittings. Do not use teflon tape!
4.Install elbow fittings onto air valve.
5.Position air valve, then tighten compression fittings.
6.Run test cycle / check for leaks.

1.Remove nut, coil retainer, and coil.
2.Remove valve stem, then clean ports in valve body.
3.Inspect O-ring and flat gasket. Replace if necessary.
4.Reassemble valve components.
