Midmark M9® -05x / M11® -05x Sterilizer Door Switch Assembly Replacement Test and Repair
To prevent risk of shock always disconnect power before removing covers or performing any service procedure.
Some procedures require power to be connected with covers removed. Line voltage is present. Use extreme caution to prevent electric shock.

Remove door Switch Assembly
Refer to the Repair kit instructions for detailed replacement instructions.
1.Disconnect power from sterilizer.
2.Remove right side cover.
3.Remove connector with white wires.
4.Remove connector with blue wires and route behind door motor.
5.Remove screw from door switch assembly.
6.Remove door switch assembly by pulling locator tabs out of locator holes.
Install Door Switch Assembly
1.Align door switch assembly by inserting locator tabs into locator holes and secure with mounting screw.
2.Route harness and connect to PC board.
3.Install cover.
4.Connect power to sterilizer.
