M9/M11 Steam Sterilizer Vent/Fill Valve Testing

For proper test point readings, meter leads need to penetrate PC board conformal coating.

 

1.Set meter to VDC.

2.Place meter probes on desired points and check reading.
• Fill = TP74 and TP75
• Vent = TP72 and TP73

3.Energize the desired valve and check reading. The corresponding LED should light up.
• Fill = LED D6 on
• Vent = LED D8 on

For proper voltage readings, the circuit must be connected (loaded) to the component—such as a solenoid valve you are checking.

Line voltage 130 V model = approximately 216 VDC

PC board is OK. Perform Continuity Test.

Replace PC board.

M9/M11 Steam Sterilizer Vent/Fill Valve Testing

1.Set meter to Ohms (Ω).

2.Disconnect wires from desired valve.

3.Place meter probes on valve terminals.
