Midmark M9® -05x / M11® -05x Sterilizer Water Level Sensor Replacement Test and Repair
To prevent risk of shock always disconnect power before removing covers or performing any service procedure.
Sterilizer or components may be hot or become hot. Wait until the sterilizer or components are cool to the touch before continuing service.

1.Disconnect wire from sensor terminal.
2.Remove nut, terminal, and compression nut.
3.From inside chamber, remove sensor, spacer, and teflon tube.

Do not overtighten compression nut! Tighten 1-1/4 turns past finger-tight.
1.Install teflon tube and spacer onto sensor.
2.Insert sensor thru hole in chamber.
3.Install compression nut.
4.Install terminal and nut.
5.Perform water level sensor test to be sure the sensor is not grounded.
6.Connect wire to sensor terminal.
