Distribution Board Test
Unplug power cord before removing stirrup guide.
1.Remove stirrup guide.
If necessary, remove chair arm brace. Refer to: Chair Arm Brace Removal.
2.Disconnect two incoming power wires.
3.Set meter to 200 VAC.
4.Place meter probes on incoming power wires.
5.Plug in power cord, then depress switch ON.

Heater Switch Test
Unplug power cord before removing stirrup guide.
1.Remove stirrup guide.
If necessary, remove chair arm on two white leads brace. Refer to: Chair Arm Brace Removal.
2.Disconnect two white leads from drawer heater switch to the drawer heater.
3.Set meter to 200 VAC.
4.Place meter probes on two white leads from switch.
5.Plug in power cord, then depress switch ON.
Unplug power cord before re-connecting electrical leads.
6.Re-connect electrical leads.
7.Replace stirrup guide.

Heater Switch Replacement
This procedure also applies to the upholstery heater switch.
Unplug power cord before removing stirrup guide.
1.Remove stirrup guide.
If necessary, remove table arm brace. Refer to: Chair Arm Brace Removal.
2.Disconnect switch harness.
3.Remove switch housing.
4.Remove switch assembly.
5.Install switch assembly.
6.Install switch housing.
7.Re-connect switch harness.
8.Replace stirrup guide.
Heater Plate Test
Unplug power cord before removing stirrup guide.
1.Remove stirrup guide.
If necessary, remove chair arm brace. Refer to: Chair Arm Brace Removal.
2.Disconnect two white leads from drawer heater switch to the drawer heater.
3.Set meter to 2K Ω.
4.Place meter probes on terminals of heater plate wires.
5.Re-connect electrical leads.
6.Replace stirrup guide.

Heater Plate Replacement
Unplug power cord before removing stirrup guide.
1.Remove stirrup guide.
If necessary, remove chair arm brace. Refer to: Chair Arm Brace Removal.
2.Disconnect two white wires from drawer heater switch to the heater plate.
3.Push LH slide lever up and RH lever down. Remove drawer.
Slide levers are clear.
4.Remove heater plate.
5.Install heater plate.
6.Route heater plate wires thru upperwrap. Re-connect wires.
7.Install drawer.
