If abort message is displayed, unplug table for 60 seconds. Remove and reinstall hand control batteries, then repeat step 1.

1.Remove any load from the patient surface.

2.Press and hold the Weight and Plus buttons until “Pause” is displayed for at least one second, then release buttons.

3.When “CLrAL” is displayed, firmly press and release the plus button.

4.After count down, “Ad50” will be displayed.

If something other then “Ad50” is displayed, press the weight button until “Ad50” is displayed. Early units may display “Add 50”.

5.Place fifty pound calibrated weight on patient surface.

6.Firmly press and release the plus button.

After count down “donE” will be displayed.

7.Wait until display clears, then firmly press and release the weight button.

“50 lbs” should be displayed.

8.Remove calibrated weight.
