222, 223, 622 and 623 Table Shrouds Access Procedures

Remove all accessories (ex. chair arms) before performing this procedure.

1.Midmark models only: Remove magnetic cladding.

2.Remove screw(s) from drawer slides.

Tables w/o drawer heater do not have screws.

3.Push LH slide lever up and RH lever down. Remove drawer.

Slide levers are clear plastic.

4.Lower table to lowest height. Disconnect table power cord.

5.Lift seat section. Remove two inside screws.

If necessary, move receptacle cover for better access to LH screw.

6.Remove screws from head-end and foot-end of outer shrouds. Lower the drawer front to access foot-end screws.

7.Remove side screw and outer shroud. Repeat for other side.

8.Remove six screws securing bottom of inner shrouds.

9.Remove two screws securing each set of shrouds. Repeat at head end of table.

On older 222 models, there is a wire connecting the shrouds. This must remain in place to ensure proper grounding.

1.Install six screws securing bottom of inner shrouds.

2.Install two screws securing each set of shrouds. Repeat at head end of table.

3.Position outer shroud. Install side screw. Repeat on opposite side.

4.Install screws at head-end and foot-end of outer shrouds.

5.Install two inside screws.

6.Install drawer.

7.Install screw(s) in drawer slides.

The shrouds on older 222 models do not have the offset guides shown here. On these models, align tabs (not shown) so that they engage each other.
