QuickClean™ Ultrasonic Cleaners Fuse Test and Repair
To prevent risk of shock always disconnect power before removing covers or performing any service procedure.

To remove the fuses on the Power Supply and Ultrasonic Generator PCB’s carefully pull up on the top of the holder.
To Test PC Board Fuses
1.Turn power off, unplug, and drain water from tank.
2.Turn unit upside down and remove bottom plate. Refer to: access procedures.
3.Set meter to Ω.
4.Remove fuses from top of holder.
5.Measuring across the fuse should read 0 - 1 Ω. If fuse measures open or OL, replace the fuse.

To Test Main Power Socket Fuses
1.Unplug the power cord from the main power socket at the rear of the unit.
2.Grip top and bottom tabs of the fuse cover located at the bottom of the main power socket and pull straight out.
3.Rotate the end of the fuse cover down to expose the fuses.
4.Remove fuses, test, and replace any bad fuses with fuses of the same rating.
