QuickClean™ Ultrasonic Cleaners Ground Continuity Test and Repair
To prevent risk of shock always disconnect power before removing covers or performing any service procedure.
Use a standard multimeter to perform this test. Refer to multimeter instructions for specific operation and testing procedures.
To Perform Ground Continuity Test
1.Turn power off and unplug main power socket at the rear of the unit.
2.Visually inspect cord, plugs, etc. for damage or cracks.
3.Set meter to continuity test mode as shown.
4.Connect one test lead to the power plug ground pin and other lead to a conductive surface on the QuickClean™ Ultrasonic Cleaner.

Ground is bad. Verify that cords and wiring are undamaged, routed, connected properly then test unit again. If unit continues to fail, contact Midmark’s Technical Service. |
