Elevance® Delivery Handpiece Configurations and Holder Positions Adjustments
When properly positioned, handpiece tubing will always drape straight down from the delivery unit to the holder position without crossing over other tubing.
Holder positions
Functionality of a handpiece depends on the controls programmed to it. Controls are assigned to the handpiece through its holder position.
Position numbers are stamped inside the unit frame and correspond with the six position holders as shown. Four position holder positions are also stamped in each unit. The /number is the four position number. A “-” indicates an unused position.
Adding a New Handpiece / Handpiece Reassignment
A new handpiece must be assigned to a holder position using the Handpiece Assignment Screens.
