Midmark® End of Service Statement
At Midmark®, we take pride in supplying our customers with quality products and services that are designed to provide efficient and effective patient care while also ensuring integrity, performance and safety. For these reasons, Midmark® has made the decision to discontinue product service (service parts, diagnostic assistance and service manuals) for models that have been out of production for more than 10 years and have exceeded their defined product life. Acquiring parts for these older models from Midmark® authorized suppliers has become limited, leaving us unable to service the products and our customers effectively.
Each year, we will continue to end service on future models as they reach their 10 years post production date.
