M9/M11 Sterilizer Fill / Vent Valve Test and Repair
Some procedures require power to be connected with covers removed. Line voltage is present. Use extreme caution to prevent electric shock.
Sterilizer door must be closed to perform fill valve test.

If you are testing the valve during a specific cycle mode (Fill Mode, Vent Mode, etc), steps 1 thru 3 are not required. Refer to Service Diagnostics section for steps 1 thru 3.
1.Activate the Service Diagnostics Mode.
2.Initiate the I/O Test.
3.Energize the desired valve Fill or Vent.
4.Disconnect wires from valve terminals.
5.Set meter to VDC.
6.Place meter probes wires.

1.Disconnect wires from desired valve.
2.Set meter to M Ω
3.Place meter probes on valve terminals.

6.Energize the desired valve and check reading. Fill = LED D1 on, Vent = LED D3 on.
