Table Receptacle Operation

With the receptacle power cord properly connected, line voltage (115 VAC) is supplied directly to the two receptacle circuit breakers.

115 VAC flows thru the two circuit breakers to the receptacle. If the receptacle's maximum load is exceeded, the circuit breakers interrupt power to the receptacle.

Maximum Load, both outlets combined = 115 VAC, 5 amps

204 and 604 Table Are Circuit Breakers Tripped

1.Are circuit breakers tripped? Push toggle switches inward to reset.

2.Check the following connections for loose or disconnected wires:

a.Receptacle power cord to supply source

b.Receptacle power cord to circuit breakers

c.Circuit breakers to receptacle

3.Perform Receptacle Supply Voltage Test. Refer to: Table Receptacle Text and Repair
