This illustration shows the three serviceable components of the actuator. Use the table below to isolate the malfunctioning part.

Problem	Required Action
Motor runs, But makes grinding noise.	Clean ball screw threads or replace ball screw assembly
Motor runs, but table does not move.	Inspect/replace motor coupler.
Motor does not run.	Perform Actuator motor test.

1.Disconnect actuator wires from PC Board. Base Actuator: J2 and J3, Back Actuator: J4 and J5 (223 / 623 only)

2.Set meter to 200 .

3.Place meter probes on actuator wires.
