M9/M11 Sterilizer Stop Button Error Codes: C102 to C107 Troubleshooting

To prevent risk of shock always disconnect power before removing covers or performing any service procedure.

Some procedures require power to be connected with covers removed. Line voltage is present. Use extreme caution to prevent electric shock.

C102

Display / Symptom	Cause	Check	Action
C102: FILL MODE STOP PRESSED	STOP button was pressed.	No Check Necessary.	Press STOP button and initiate a new cycle.
C102: FILL MODE STOP PRESSED	Touch pad malfunctioning.	Perform Key Test: Access Service Diagnostic then Refer to:Test Selection Screen	Replace touch pad.

C103

Display / Symptom	Cause	Check	Action
C103: HEATUP MODE STOP PRESSED	STOP button was pressed.	Check if chamber pressure and temperature has dissipated, if not it may be necessary to allow chamber to cool.	Press STOP button and initiate a new cycle.
C103: HEATUP MODE STOP PRESSED	Touch pad malfunctioning.	Perform Key Test: Access Service Diagnostic then Refer to:Test Selection Screen	Replace touch pad.
