641 Chair Power To the Table Troubleshooting
1.Facility Supply Voltage. Check power cord connections. Check facility circuit breaker.
2.Voltage setting. Must match facility supply voltage (115 / 230 V).
3.Primary Fuses. Refer to: Primary Fuses
4.Main System Transformer. Check all wire connections between power inlet and main PC board. If connections are OK, test transformer. Refer to: Main System Transformer
5.Main PC Board. If the transformer is OK, replace main PC board. Refer to:Main PC Board
6.Models w/ Rotational Base only: If there is no power to the main system transformer, check all wire connections between rotational base PC board and the transformer. If connections are OK, perform EMI Filter Board Test. Refer to:Rotational Base Brake System
The cord connector is “keyed” and must be oriented properly to connect. Tighten locking ring to secure connector.
1.Hand / Foot Controls. Check cords for damage / proper connection. Check both connection ports on table. Refer to: Hand and Foot Controls
2.Programmable Models only. Press "4" button on hand control for five seconds, then try functions again. If table functions operate, go to Main PC Board (Hand/Foot Control Lockout Feature). If table functions still will not move, go to next check.
3.Check for Loose and/or Damaged Wire Connections between connection ports and PC board.
4.Check for error code(s). Refer to:Main PC Board
