Classic Series Vacuums System Troubleshooting

1.Check Circuit Breaker. Turn circuit breaker off then back on.
2.Check Fuse. Refer to: Fuse
3.Check Low Voltage. Refer to: Low Voltage
4.Motor needs to be Replaced. Contact Midmark Technical Service.

1.Check Vacuum Relief Valve. Refer to: Vacuum Relief Valve
2.Check Vacuum Piping System. Remove vacuum inlet hose from pump. If there is good suction at the pump, but little to none in the system, the system is clogged or contains leaks. Clean and/or locate leak and repair.
3.Check Vacuum Inlet Strainer. Refer to: Vacuum Inlet Strainer
4.Check Water Supply. Refer to: Water Inlet Strainer
5.Check Solenoid. Refer to: Solenoid
6.Verify Pump Size. Check specifications for maximum number of simultaneous users. Upgrade vacuum system if necessary.
7.Twin Models - Low Suction Shown on Only One Pump Gauge. Intake Check Valves need to be cleaned or replaced. Refer to: Intake Check Valves

1.Check Equipment Room Temperature. Temperature should be 40° to 104° Fahrenheit or 4° to 40° Celsius.
2.Check Circuit Breaker. Turn circuit breaker off then back on.
3.Check Contactor Relay. Refer to: Contactor Relay
